Parma House, located in Tottenham, is a former HMRC building undergoing conversion into a modern residential development. The scheme comprises 70 studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments, forming part of a carefully planned redevelopment designed to deliver high-quality accommodation. The project is programmed over a 66-week duration, with construction phases strategically managed to ensure efficiency, safety, and timely completion.
As part of the redevelopment, Gorilla Scaffold has provided comprehensive access solutions to support the structural and lift installation works throughout the building. This has included the erection of approximately 150 metres of perimeter scaffold to the full building, constructed in accordance with design specifications and current safety standards. Fully boarded lift access platforms with compliant lift heights have been installed to enable safe and efficient installation of lift systems, alongside riser access platforms and working areas formed specifically for lift shaft cut-outs.
